REFLECTION

One of the best ways to make progress in anything, is to reflect. This is the technique that has yielded the most results in all my years of coaching and of being coached myself. It’s so simple, and yet we so often fail to do it.

When you reflect on something that you just learned, you literally bring it back to mind. What you’re actually doing is re-using new neuro-connections that you formed through the learning process. By simply thinking about it again, you make it easier to remember it, and to act on it.

So let’s reflect, shall we?

When you read through the 5 Keys to Getting Work You Love, what was useful or important to you?

Take a moment now to reflect.

  • What was the most important insight for you?
  • What questions still remain?
  • What are you going to do about it?

The 5 Keys:

Key #1: Decide to get the most of your career and your life.

Key #2: Clarify what’s wrong and what’s missing in your current situation.

Key #3: Free yourself from what others want for you.

Key #4: Declare what you want. And feel it.

Key #5: Endorse your greatest weakness.

We hope you’ve enjoyed this short e-course and are even now taking action steps towards the work that you truly love.
