So, You Want To Plan Your Path To Retirement.

Do Any Of These Sound Like You?

Work is a major part of my life. I don’t know what I will do with myself when I retire.

My work is a big part of my identity. I don’t know who I will be without it.

I want to pass my work responsibilities over to my successors, but it’s not easy to trust them and let go of my authority.

I want to retire soon, but I don’t have a successor. I want to leave behind a strong team that can carry on with my work.

I want to have a “retirement career” where I can continue to earn and contribute with less stress and a less-demanding schedule.

I want to have a retirement career where I am free to express myself in ways I couldn’t when I had to earn a living.

You Probably Have A Lot Of Questions…

“How can I gradually reduce my responsibilities and workload?” “Who will replace me and how can I train them?” “How can I get used to a new way of living?” “Do I need or want to work during retirement?” “Which retirement career will suit me best?” “Is my retirement career realistic?” “What will fulfill me in the final chapter of my life?”

Questions like these aren’t easy to answer on your own.

Plan my path to retirement

"…I was struggling somewhat with the concept of letting go of a full-on focus on job and was unable to see a way ahead. What actually transpired has been a remarkable 5 years during which not only have I thoroughly enjoyed myself but also I have found opportunity to utilise my knowledge and experience. I have gradually reduced my role to the point now that I have handed over 100% of the responsibilities and only now provide background support from a kind of mentor position…. And on top of this I have been paid quite a considerable sum of money over the 5 years which of course has made a very pleasant difference!

I very often mention how the sessions I spent with you propelled me in this direction and how I would recommend some kind of coaching support when making this kind of life transition.

Looking ahead, 2015 looks very pleasantly empty with lots of possibilities for choice ,a situation that I might have found difficult 5 years ago, but which I now rather welcome."
