How the Assessments Packages Work

The packages use a combination of:

1) Highly insightful, research-based reports that shine a light on who you really are, like you're never seen before.

2) A listening-intensive, confidential conversation with an experienced career coach (that's us) who will guide you to use this information to develop a strategy that suits you.

 
The assessment system we use is based on the breakthrough methodology invented by Dan Harrison, PhD and developed over more than 25 years. Harrison Assessments has had more than twenty separate validation studies showing an average of 85-90% predictive accuracy. Proven accuracy levels are far higher than most personality tests and even higher than expensive assessment centres.

The system's unique methodology provides new and powerful insights into the causes of life patterns. Integrating both Western and Eastern philosophical and psychological views, it acknowledges the interplay between different traits and the value of balance. It provides a scientifically valid, neutral and completely customized perspective on who you are.

  6. Guide you in how to change to be more successful and fulfilled

The Process

1) Answer the online questionnaire

As soon as you complete your payment, you will receive a link to an online questionnaire. You can complete the questionnaire whenever you have about 30 minutes of uninterrupted time.

 2) Receive your reports and arrange your meeting

Within 48 hours of completing your questionnaire, you will receive your customized reports by email. We will also contact you to arrange your telephone or in-person coaching session with Carole or Angela.

3) Meet with your coach

When you meet your coach, you'll get clear about what you want to accomplish and what's stopping you. You'll discuss your next steps and make choices.  We are sure you will find it a very valuable experience that helps you take a fresh step forward with your career challenges.
